ORANGE, Calif., June 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- LCPtracker, Inc., a leading provider of labor compliance, construction workforce reporting, and diversity management software, has released a major update to the WH-347 form within LCPtracker Pro, their premier cloud-based prevailing wage and workforce compliance management solution. This update reflects the latest certified payroll reporting requirements issued by the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) that went into effect earlier this year.

LCPtracker Inc., cloud-based solutions for certified payroll, Davis-Bacon compliance, and workforce reporting.

The WH-347 update to LCPtracker Pro will allow users to begin transition and comply with the latest federal standards.

"Our goal has consistently been to address market demands and make the reporting process as smooth as possible for our users and clients," said Mark Douglas, CEO of LCPtracker, Inc. "This update to LCPtracker Pro will allow our users to effectively comply with the latest federal standards –while continuing to experience the benefits of enhanced accuracy and reduced risk of reporting errors."

Dual Form Support for Federal Transition Period

The updated federal WH-347 form, released on January 15, 2025, is valid through January 31, 2028. While both the new and previous versions remain active during the federal transition period, many awarding bodies and primes are already requiring use of the new version. LCPtracker Pro will support both versions of the WH-347 form for as long as the USDOL allows use of the previous version.

Enhanced Features and Reporting Tools

Key enhancements for the new WH-347 include:

  • Improved Worker Classification
Contractors can now identify whether an employee is a journeyworker or a registered apprentice directly within the form—streamlining classification for federal reporting.

  • Comprehensive Fringe Benefit Reporting
The new form supports expanded fringe benefit documentation, including benefit names, types, plans, plan numbers, and specific hourly credit values—whether funded or unfunded. Fields for total fringe credit and payments made in lieu of fringes offer enhanced transparency.

  • Wage and Pay Transparency
With updated report mapping, users can report gross wages and net pay for all work, offering a more complete picture of worker compensation.

  • Modernized Statement of Compliance (SOC)
The SOC has been completely redesigned to include additional attestations and clearer certification. Certifying officials can now also provide contact details, including phone number and email, for easier communication and follow-up.

  • Apprenticeship Verification
LCPtracker Pro now includes dedicated fields for apprenticeship program identification, classification alignment, and registration type (federal or state-approved), meeting the new documentation standards outlined by the USDOL.

  • Design Refresh with Better Usability
In line with the official form's updated visual design, the layout within LCPtracker Pro has been streamlined for better readability and user experience.

These enhancements are now currently available in LCPtracker Pro. To learn more about the enhanced WH-347 system updates and how it supports streamlined federal reporting, visit our LCPtracker Pro solutions page or contact Sabrina Alcobendas at salcobendas@lcptracker.com.
