This collaboration combines Positive 911's mission of intentional recognition with Eventide's advanced technology, Critical Insights AI.
Critical Insights AI is Eventide's AI-powered analytics platform specifically created for public safety agencies. Trained on public safety data, the platform supports supervisors by automating quality assurance tasks, providing real-time call scoring and offering preloaded APCO/NENA evaluation forms.
