SOLV Energy Acquires Spartan Infrastructure to Expand Transmission Capabilities and Create New Opportunities for Growth

SAN DIEGO, June 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- SOLV Energy today announced the acquisition of Spartan Infrastructure, a high-voltage (HV) transmission contractor based in Mesa, Arizona. The acquisition represents a significant expansion of SOLV Energy's capabilities in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector and positions the company to play a diversified role in meeting the growing demand for resilient power infrastructure across the U.S.

The two companies have a long history of collaboration, having partnered on several major solar projects in the Southwestern, South Central and Mountain West regions of the United States. The acquisition is the culmination of a longstanding relationship and creates new growth opportunities for both organizations.
